I wanted to make a branching narrative for this game so that the player had lots of choices that directly changed the narrative that they experienced.

At first, I tried to limit the amount of paths, since I wanted to keep them roughly the same length. But as I was working, I was able to bypass this by making a few of the more similar paths join together near the end.
